Q: On which days do sightseeing flights take place?
A: Sightseeing flights are performed all year round (summer, winter), on public holidays and during the week, if the weather conditions are good enough.
Q: How long in advance should I make an appointment for a flight?
A: We recommend to make an appointment 1 week in advance if possible. In principle, short-term requests are also possible. However, we cannot always guarantee a free seat.
Q: How is a flight appointment arranged?

Q: How do I receive the flight tickets after payment ?
A: After successful payment, you will immediately receive a "Check-In Code" which is located on the invoice. In the top section of our website, click on "Login/Check-In/Redemption Coupon" and enter the code you received.
You are now logged in and will see your saved buyer information. Now enter the name of the passenger and click on
"Print ticket". You will then receive the flight ticket as a PDF on our website and by email.
Q: What are the types of vouchers?
A: There are 2 types of vouchers - gift vouchers and value vouchers. "Gift Vouchers" are directly related to a product. "Value Vouchers" have a specific amount attached to them and can be redeemed directly on any product during the payment process.
If the price of the flight is higher than the value of the value voucher, the difference can be paid online.
If the value of the voucher is higher than the price of the flight, the customer will receive a credit note, which can be redeemed later for another product. A cash payment is not possible!
Q: What happens if the flight cannot be carried out due to bad weather or other reasons?
A: If a flight has to be cancelled by the organizer, a new date will be arranged with the customer.
Q: How long is a flight ticket valid?
A: The round trip ticket is valid for 12 months. However, the validity can be extended if necessary.
Q: Are other flights offered that are not listed?
A: Yes, via "Individual offer" we can create a customized offer for you.
Q: What do I need to take with me on the day of the flight?
A: You need a photo ID (passport, ID card or driver's license) and your flight ticket.
Q: What kind of clothing?
A: Clothing should be appropriate for the season. Our aircraft all have heated cabins. Some are also equipped with air conditioning for hot days.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: In general, everyone can participate from a minimum age of 3 years and a stable state of health. If you have a disability, please contact us beforehand.
Q: When is check-in?
A: Check-in is always 15 minutes before departure.
Q: Is there a maximum weight for passengers?
A: If the weight exceeds 95 kg, please contact us before booking your flight.
